CITAC is a non-profit professional membership association representing Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) officers and others involved in the criminal justice / mental health interface throughout Colorado.  Our mission is to encourage networking and resource sharing among CIT officers and others with a professional interest in CIT statewide; to develop and broaden community partnerships and collaboration among first responders; and to support the ongoing professional education of CIT officers.

We are governed by a volunteer board of directors from law enforcement agencies across Colorado.  Our bylaws can be downloaded from this site in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.

This website is intended to provide our members with CIT-related information and resources; notices of upcoming association events; and an opportunity to network in a secure environment on our members' forum page.

Prospective members can also join the association online by clicking the "Join Now!" button below.

Please feel free to explore our website.  If you have any comments or suggestions for improvement, we'd love to hear from you!  You can either click the "Contact Us" button on the navigation bar, leave a comment in our Guestbook, or e-mail us at info@citac.us.
